I have lived in the Meidoorn with Rob van Acker since 2009 and I enjoy it a great deal. Rob told me that there might be a P&R on the former football fields. We both felt it was important to try to reactivate a previously suggested plan for a neighbourhood park at this location. It’s fantastic to see that with a very small push, a fun and active group has emerged and to see the neighbourhood park become a reality. It’s more than I could have imagined when we started.
